Chase paperwork
No folders to assemble, no spreadsheets to rebuild. If a document is missing, we prepare it.
Selling a company usually means months of chasing paperwork before a buyer ever sees it. We turned that around: we do the work, you make the decisions.
We listen first: what you've built, what you want for your people, your timing and the number that would make it worth it. No preparation needed on your side. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and tell you who is.
With your written authorization we connect read-only to your accounting, CRM, banks and payroll. Then we send short multiple-choice questions, by email or text, about the things only you know: customers, contracts, key people, what you'd change.
From your systems and your answers we prepare everything a serious buyer will ask for: normalized earnings and an EBITDA bridge, financial projections, a buyer-ready data room, the confidential information memorandum, an anonymous teaser and a targeted buyer list. Every figure is labeled as prepared from your information and unaudited, and every contract is a first draft for your attorney.
We reach every buyer who fits: private equity, strategic acquirers, family offices and search funds. Buyers sign an NDA before they learn your name. We manage the questions, the meetings and the offers, so competition sets the price.
You choose the buyer. The same senior partner negotiates the letter of intent, keeps diligence moving with your CPA and attorney, and stays with you through the purchase agreement and closing.
No folders to assemble, no spreadsheets to rebuild. If a document is missing, we prepare it.
Every buyer comes through us, under NDA, and only after you approve them.
Your senior partner is across the table from the buyer at every step, with your CPA and attorney alongside.
We access your systems only with your written authorization, read-only, and access ends with the engagement. Copies are deleted at the end.
We use AI to prepare and organize. Our AI provider does not train on client data, and people review everything that leaves our hands.
Buyers see only what you approve, in a private data room where every view and download is logged.
We give no legal or tax advice. Your attorney signs, your CPA validates the numbers, and both are on the team from the start.
A confidential call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We'll tell you honestly how a sale would go for a company like yours.
